Born in England, grew up in Australia and - after 15 years of hard work - an "overnight" success in Hollywood, this actress as bright as she is gorgeous. Watts began studying acting Down Under and became friends with Nicole Kidman in a commercial audition when the two were just teenagers. In the twenty years they both appeared in the drama boarding flirt, but Kidman's character grew much faster than Watts. Throughout the '90s, Watts languished in supporting the parties not to show his amazing versatility and ease with accents. However, with much encouragement from Kidman, she took it out and finally got her big break in 2001, Mulholland Dr. Originally conceived as a television series, this chronicle of an eccentric star of LA was released as a movie that appears in two watts power parties. The public and critics immediately noticed her talent, and the following year finally hit the big time with the horror film The Ring and the tabloids because of her romance with heartthrob Heath Ledger, 10 years her junior . Watts continued his hot streak with an Oscar-nominated turn in 2003 to 21 grams and soon signed a contract to play the best gal a monkey in the remake of King Kong. After his relationship with Ledger ended in 2004, found new love in the arms of the more mature Liev Schreiber, her co-star in The Painted Veil.
